| Work Hours | Head Office 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Oita Base 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. |
| Non-Work Days | 110 days annually (Two-day weekends) |
